Payment, Shipping and Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:

on which you, or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier), took possession of the goods, or
in the case of multiple goods ordered in one order and delivered separately: from the day you received the last item.

2. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear statement (e.g. letter or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

3. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

4. Return of Goods

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

5. Return Costs

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

6. Liability for Diminished Value

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

7. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

for goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized (including handcrafted or custom-made items),
for goods that are individually manufactured or customized according to customer requirements,
for goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly,
for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery,
for goods which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items,
for sealed audio or video recordings or computer software if unsealed after delivery,
for newspapers, periodicals, or magazines (except subscriptions).

Important: Handcrafted and personalized/custom-made items are excluded from return and withdrawal rights unless they are defective or do not match the agreed specifications.

8. Withdrawal for Services (if applicable)

For service contracts, the withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

If you request that services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay a reasonable amount corresponding to the services already provided up to the time you inform us of the withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal expires completely once the service has been fully performed, provided that you have expressly agreed in advance that performance begins before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance.

10. Legal Note on Abuse of Withdrawal and Returns

The statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected. However, in cases of abusive behavior (e.g. repeated unjustified returns, use of goods beyond testing, or misuse of buyer protection systems), we reserve the right to assert legal claims, including compensation for damages and costs, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Final Provisions

Should any provision of these terms be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
