I. General Terms and Conditions
§ 1 Scope and Definitions
(1) These terms and conditions apply to all contracts concluded between you and us as the seller (Okan Gökgöz) via our website.
(2) A “consumer” is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession. A “business” is any natural or legal person acting in the course of their commercial or self-employed activity.
§ 2 Conclusion of Contract
(1) The subject of the contract is the sale of handcrafted goods and, where applicable, services (e.g. workshops or courses).
(2) By listing products on our website, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract.
(3) The contract is concluded via the online shopping cart system:
- selecting goods
- adding to cart
- entering customer details
- reviewing order summary
- submitting the order via the button “order with obligation to pay”
By submitting the order, you accept the offer in a legally binding manner.
(4) Order processing and communication are carried out via email.
§ 3 Characteristics of Handcrafted Goods
(1) Our products are handmade and unique.
(2) Deviations in shape, color, structure, weight, and dimensions may occur due to the nature of handcrafted production and do not constitute defects, provided they are customary.
(3) Minor variations between product images and delivered goods do not constitute grounds for complaint.
§ 4 Personalized and Custom-Made Goods
(1) For personalized products, you are responsible for ensuring that submitted content does not infringe third-party rights (e.g. copyrights, trademarks).
(2) You agree to indemnify us against any third-party claims arising from such infringements.
(3) We do not carry out a legal review of submitted content.
§ 5 Services / Courses
(1) Services and courses are provided as described in the respective offer.
(2) We reserve the right to set a minimum number of participants.
(3) Changes to schedule, location, or instructor may occur for valid reasons.
(4) Participation is at your own risk.
§ 6 Cancellation Policy for Courses
(1) Cancellation is free of charge up to 30 days before the start date.
(2) No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this period.
(3) The statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.
§ 7 Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal.
The withdrawal period is:
- 14 days from conclusion of the contract (services)
- 14 days from receipt of goods (products)
§ 8 Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods:
- that are not prefabricated and for which an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive, or
- that are clearly personalized or tailored to personal needs.
This applies in particular to handcrafted and personalized/custom-made products.
§ 9 Prices and Payment Terms
(1) All prices are total prices including applicable VAT.
(2) Shipping costs are shown separately.
(3) Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
§ 10 Delivery
(1) Delivery times are specified in the respective offer.
(2) Delivery times may be extended for custom-made or personalized goods.
(3) For consumers, the risk of loss or damage passes only upon delivery of the goods.
§ 11 Transport Damage
(1) Please inspect the goods upon delivery.
(2) Any transport damage should be reported immediately to the carrier.
(3) Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
§ 12 Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
§ 13 Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply.
§ 14 Liability
(1) We are fully liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence, as well as for injury to life, body, or health.
(2) In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties), limited to foreseeable damages typical for the contract.
§ 15 Governing Law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
For consumers, mandatory provisions of the country of residence remain unaffected.

We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
8. Legal Notice on Abuse and Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to refuse orders, restrict payment methods, or take legal action in cases of suspected abuse, fraudulent behavior, or unjustified claims (including chargebacks), to the extent permitted by law.
