Payment and Shipping

1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop.


2. Shipping Conditions

We deliver worldwide.

Shipping costs (including applicable VAT):

Germany:

  • 0 – 5 kg: €10.00
  • over 5 – 10 kg: €12.00
  • over 10 – 15 kg: €20.00
  • over 15 kg: €25.00

For deliveries to German islands, an additional surcharge of €3.00 applies.

International:

  • up to 5 kg: €15.00
  • over 5 – 10 kg: €20.00
  • over 10 – 15 kg: €23.00
  • over 15 kg: €30.00

3. Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer:

  • Germany: 14 working days
  • International: 14 working days

The delivery period begins:

  • for prepayment: on the day after the payment order is issued
  • for other payment methods: on the day after the contract is concluded

No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.

If items with different delivery times are ordered, the goods will be shipped in one combined shipment unless otherwise agreed. The delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.


4. Payment Methods

The following payment methods are accepted:

  • Prepayment (bank transfer)
  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • PayPal / PayPal Express
  • Instant bank transfer
  • Klarna (invoice, installment payment, direct debit, credit card)

For credit card payments, the charge is made at the time the contract is concluded.


5. Payment Processing via Klarna

Payment processing via Klarna is carried out directly with Klarna. Klarna’s terms and conditions and privacy policy apply.

  • Invoice: payable within 14 days
  • Installments: according to Klarna’s terms

6. Legal Notice on Payment Fees

No additional fees are charged for payments made via SEPA bank transfer, direct debit, or standard credit cards (e.g., Visa, Mastercard), in accordance with applicable law.


7. Right of Withdrawal and Return Costs

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.

In the event of withdrawal, the buyer bears the direct costs of returning the goods, provided the delivered goods correspond to the order and are not defective.


8. Chargebacks, Disputes and Buyer Protection (Enhanced – International)

In the event of a buyer-initiated dispute, chargeback, or buyer protection claim (including but not limited to PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express), the following applies:

8.1 Obligation to Contact First
The customer agrees to contact us and attempt to resolve the matter in good faith prior to initiating any dispute or chargeback with a payment provider.

8.2 Evidence of Fulfilment
We reserve the right to submit proof of proper fulfilment, including but not limited to:

  • shipment tracking and delivery confirmation,
  • carrier documentation,
  • order confirmation and payment records,
  • communication history.

8.3 Unjustified Chargebacks
If a chargeback or buyer protection claim is initiated without legal or contractual justification, including cases where:

  • the goods were demonstrably delivered,
  • no valid withdrawal was exercised within the statutory period,
  • the goods were not returned,
  • or the claim is otherwise inconsistent with the actual transaction,

the customer remains fully liable for the purchase price.

8.4 Recovery of Costs and Fees
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we reserve the right to recover from the customer:

  • chargeback fees imposed by payment providers,
  • administrative handling costs,
  • banking and transaction fees,
  • reasonable legal and collection costs incurred in enforcing the claim.

8.5 Abuse and Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to refuse future orders, restrict payment methods, or take legal action in cases of suspected abuse, fraudulent chargebacks, or bad-faith disputes.


9. Buyer Protection Programs

Customers may use additional protection programs offered by payment providers (e.g., PayPal Buyer Protection or credit card chargeback procedures).

These are governed exclusively by the terms and conditions of the respective providers.


10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

To the extent legally permissible, these terms shall be governed by the law of the seller’s place of business, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

If the customer is a merchant or not a consumer within the meaning of applicable law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction shall be the seller’s registered place of business.

Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence remain unaffected.


11. Final Provisions

Should any provision of these terms and conditions be wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
